How do I use a Ouija board safely?

I really want to learn how to safely use a Ouija board. I understand it's a door to the spirit world, with no filter of evil spirits or demons. I already learned how to trap a demon or spirit in a room of my home, with salt in every corner to form a sort of wall. I am willing to learn to exorcise a demon or contact an exorcist. I am wiccan, and I go by karma. "Do as you will, as long as it hurts no one intentionally and does not manipulate unwanted events." In other words, if you wanna play with fire, don't cry when you get burnt. Please, feel free to express whatever opinion you have on messing with things outside of our world, I'm curious as a kitten.
