Yes, he may like you, but that is cheating. saying his relationship is boring and sucks or whatever is just an excuse to make you feel better about talking to a guy with a girlfriend. hes basically saying its ok to cheat on my gf bevause our relationship sucks anyway. You dont have to kiss or have to be cheating. Talking about your feelings about eachother is cheating..and hes a liar because his gf doesnt know about you. He doesnt like either of you that much. Talking to you means he.doesnt like her and not breaking up w her means he doesnt like you. but unfortunately, he likes her more. But he doesnt respect you both. Hes having the best of both worlds. Hes a jerk and you should move on. And hunny, dont ever talk to a guy w a girlfriend, no matter how bad he says the relationship is, thats wrong on your part. And if someones relationship is so bad, they wouldnt be together. Good luck
