How do I move my groups to new email address so I can MANAGE them. I already receive the emails at the new 1.

Like I said, I have already change the settings in my groups to receive the emails at the new addy but I can't manage those groups at there. I am getting ready to close out the old account and would rather not unsubscribe and resubscribe just to get them moved. There must be an easier way. Just couldn't find the answer myself. Any help would be appreciated.
