Sports headphones?

I have a couple of different types since I had a problem with the ipodders staying in my ears. One is affordable and I've seen made by more than one. They look like a blue tooth set up since they hook behind the ear. I rate them fair. A bit better and more expensive is Senshieher. They have an extra piece that helps keep the main piece inside the ear, very good, but about $50.
