What do I buy a pre teen girl and a 3 year old girl?

For your three year old daughter you should get her some toys and all that kind of stuff. For your 13 year old, she might like some cute clothes and maybe even some lip gloss. I should know what to buy because I have a 13 year old and a 4 year old.
