How would you solve the health care problem?

We could place more emphasis on preventative health care. Face it people. We pay a lot more in the end if people come to the emergency room with something serious. Drug mark ups are ridiculous. Many doctors have to spend hours on the phone with insurance companies trying to convince then that certain services are needed. Or... everyone could just go to the emergency room and just don't pay the bill. Tax payers will foot the bill one way or another.
