Can i pword protect a file from being deleted?

i was wondering i have a zip folder tht i applied a pword to and i was wondering if someone wanted to be a complete *** they could delete it my question is can i somehow pword protect deletion meaning make it where you must have a pword for deletion or is there anything i can do to make it where only i could delete it best anser goes to the one that works thanks in advance
