If I were you I would try to find his article, read it and follow the style it was written in. Also remember that in your article you cannot invoke any evidence for continental drift that was proposed after Wegners paper. -i.e. no plate tectonic theory. I believe he based his theory on the shape of the continents. Perhaps you could start there. Just look at a map and try and describe why you think that north america and europe/africa were once joined.
