Need help playing Ragnarok online private server!!?

okeh you see i nid help from A-Z.give me the instruction.even better give me the links .k the problem starts here.i downloaded the kro and sakray and installed it.but when i try clicking on the ragnarok.exe or the sakray it wil tell me this---sakray.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.--why='[ help me please i 've been trying to redownload it and reinstalled it nth works.i heard kro keep giving this error is that true?but without kro i cant play private server rite?help me thanks alot alot..
