Wear do they have cute dresses?

Well, I'm in jr. high and we're having a formal dance coming up soon, im looking for a fun cute short dress. I'm only 4'9''-80lbs and in 7th grade (go to a lutheran school) the only colors i dont want would be brown, black and white.
