I'm mentally addicted to facebook and i need help and advice? mental illness over it?

i deactivated it 2weeks ago because i got a sever addiction to it, im was on it 24/7, it took over my life, over the past few weeks it's all i think about, 2 hours ago i put my account under a 14day permanent deletion. i really don't want fb any more, anyway, im really sad and i feel like crying, i had facebook since 2007.. i got sever depression, social anxiety disorder and a public phobia.
