If Conan refuses to move what should NBC do?

I think that they should simply leave Leno on at 10PM. They don't have anything better. One possibility is to simply cancel on night of Leno and put Law and Order SVU in his place one night. It would cost the least amount of money and give them a chance to develop some pilots. If a few affiliates put reruns over Leno (well that is just the way it is).
