Sounds like your timing belt has jumped a tooth, probably because the timing belt is severely worn or the tensioner is failing. That is an interference engine and I would not drive it because, although it will run one tooth off on the valve timing, howbeit very rough, if it jumps another tooth or if the belt fails completely you risk valve and piston damage if the valves impact the pistons.
